You don't have to keep fighting with food.

If you’ve spent years caught in the cycle: restricting, bingeing, feeling out of control, promising yourself tomorrow will be different – I want you to know that this isn’t a willpower problem and it’s not something you have to figure out alone.

I’m Roslyn, a specialist dietitian, and I help people build a genuinely peaceful relationship with food and their body. Not through rules or meal plans, but through understanding what’s actually driving the cycle and gently dismantling it for good.

Is this you?

If you’re nodding along, you’re in the right place.

You think about food constantly, even when you're not hungry

You eat "perfectly" all day and then lose control in the evening

You feel ashamed after eating and promise to restrict tomorrow

You've tried everything and nothing has stuck

You want to feel normal around food again, but don't know how to get there

What we work on together

Every person I work with is different, but common areas we explore include:

How it works

This isn’t a quick fix, and I won’t pretend it is. Real, lasting change takes time, which is why I recommend a minimum of 12 weeks together.

01

A thorough onboarding

A detailed questionnaire and a 30-minute call so I can understand your full picture before we begin

02

Weekly 1:1 written check-ins

We go beyond food. We look at what’s getting in the way, what’s shifted, and what needs attention that week

03

Daily support

via my coaching app or WhatsApp, so you’re never left to figure things out between sessions

04

Monthly 30-minute calls

to reflect on progress, work through sticking points, and adjust our approach as you grow

05

Somatic tools

Because understanding something intellectually isn’t the same as embodying it. We work on the nervous system level, not just the mind
