Growth happens at the edge of your comfort zone

More about me

I have a degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics from Glasgow Caledonian University & for the past 12 years I’ve enjoyed working with women & children in both the private sector in the UK & Ireland and for the NHS here in the UK.

My approach is evidence-based and holistic, which means that not only will we discuss your diet, but we will also talk about your mental health & any mindful practices that will support you.

A therapist and a dietitian walk into a bar

I promise you this isn’t a dad joke; it’s the podcast I co-host with the wonderful Bekka, an amazing therapist, where we discuss weekly themes around everything to do with diet culture, the challenges of eating disorder recovery, and everything in between!

I’ve recently started to share my thoughts on Substack too.
